Job Description:
As the Senior Sales Leader at iDerive, your position will be critical to the implementation and execution of strategic outbound sales initiatives. This role requires someone who can drive substantial revenue growth and extend our customer base, primarily focusing on new business development with Amazon Vendors and Sellers, Walmart merchants, and DTC sales channels. Your commitment to reaching ambitious targets, specifically securing contracts, will be essential to our success.
This role requires a hands-on sales approach to developing and nurturing the sales pipeline through direct interactions with prospects. You will manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential leads and conducting initial outreach to closing deals and managing post-sales client relationships. Your ability to tactically execute sales plans and develop strategies based on market trends and customer feedback will significantly contribute to meeting our business objectives.
Collaboration is critical in this role. You will work alongside iDerive’s senior leadership team and cross-functionally with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company initiatives. This collaborative approach will ensure the company operates as a unified entity, with all parts working towards our shared business growth goals and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities for maintaining a robust sales pipeline involve proactive lead generation, specific qualification of new opportunities, and strategic follow-ups to ensure progress through the sales funnel.
Lastly, you will be tasked with creating a feedback loop with the product and services team, sharing customer insights to influence the evolution of our products and services. Your close contact with customers provides a unique perspective critical to shaping our product roadmap and service offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans in alignment with company goals, targeting to secure SaaS platform deals and professional services agreements.
- Become proficient with the iDerive self-service analytics platform and keep updated with all new features.
- Generate new leads through your sales network and follow up with any leads through collaboration with iDerive’s Marketing team.
- Successfully progress prospects down the sales funnel pipeline and schedule product and service demos.
- Partner with the marketing team to devise robust lead-generation strategies.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and identify critical issues.
- Supervise the preparation and approval of sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, like onboarding and customer service teams, to ensure the efficient operation of the sales department.
- Generate detailed sales forecasts and feedback from prospects to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least seven years of demonstrated success as a sales recruitment owner, with a track record of driving new revenue growth.
- Previous experience working with seller or vendor businesses within the Amazon store.
- In-depth understanding of advanced analytics platforms and advertising management services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software, managing mass email campaigns, and utilizing LinkedIn for sales.
Preferred Skills:
- Master of Business Administration.
- 5+ years of sales experience within Amazon advertising (DSP and sponsored ads).
- Network of Amazon brand owner selling partners, advertisers, and 3rdparty service providers.
- Entrepreneur business owner mindset.
- Computer Science education and technical proficiency in cloud computing.
